Mr. Tarun Chatterjee leads the litigation and consultancy team of TCA Corporate Advisors. He is a member of CESTAT, Kolkata Bar Association and All India Federation of Tax Practitioners having more than 22 years of vast experience in the field of Indirect Taxation and has gained success in defending many Corporates before several High Courts and Customs, Excise, Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) and departmental authorities. Presently, he is the member of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCC&I) in its Indirect Taxes Committee.
