Litigation:-

TCA is well versed with the indirect tax litigation practice which includes drafting replies to Show Cause Notices & Appeals, making Petitions, Statutory applications and arguing cases on behalf of client. The Litigation team handles cases and matters in various areas of taxation be it Customs, Excise, Service tax, Value Added tax etc. Our director, Mr. Tarun Chatterjee has an experience of 12 years in representing the client's interests before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums like Appellate Bodies, DGFT, Tribunals and High Courts. Many of his cases are reported in the STR.

Consultancy and Advisory:-
